Welcome to GoodNurse, LLC. We provide online exam preparation services for the NCLEX-RN exam and an AI tutoring service for NCLEX-RN exam preparation. Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") as they govern your use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
GoodNurse, LLC provides online NCLEX-RN exam preparation services and AI tutoring. Users will have full access to the content immediately after purchase. Access to the AI tutor is based on a monthly subscription model, which can be cancelled at any time through the user portal. The exam preparation service is a pre-paid service for a duration of the user's choosing.
3. Restrictions on Use
The services provided by GoodNurse, LLC are for personal use only. Users are prohibited from
sharing, selling, or otherwise distributing the content or their account access.
Users are strictly prohibited from using our tool for cheating on any exams or using the answers
generated by our AI verbatim on any assignments where the use of AI-generated answers is not
explicitly allowed. Our services are intended for learning and preparation purposes only, and any
misuse of our tool to gain unfair advantages in academic or professional settings is a violation of
these Terms.
4. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
GoodNurse, LLC provides educational and preparatory services only. The content and AI tutoring provided through our services are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions or questions.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activities that occur under a user's account are the responsibility of that user. Users must immediately notify GoodNurse, LLC of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
6. Content Accuracy and Updates
While GoodNurse, LLC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that the content is always current or error-free. Users should verify any critical information and stay informed about changes in nursing practices and NCLEX-RN exam requirements.
7. Third-Party Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. GoodNurse, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
8. Payment and Refunds
Payments for services are made via credit card online. If users are not satisfied with our service, they may contact us within 120 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription services will be billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the user.
9. Privacy
We collect names and email addresses from our users. We only use this information to contact users regarding their accounts or services related to their accounts. Information is stored securely. Users can request deletion of their data once their account has expired or if they cancel their service. Please read our complete privacy policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by GoodNurse, LLC is the property of GoodNurse, LLC and is protected by relevant intellectual property laws. The content may only be used for personal exam preparation and may not be sold or shared.
11. User-Generated Content
Users may have the ability to submit questions, comments, or other content through our AI tutoring service. By submitting such content, users grant GoodNurse, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GoodNurse, LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies in content or for any system downtime. We aim to keep the site operational at all times but may conduct maintenance during off-peak hours. In no event shall GoodNurse, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
13. Termination of Service
GoodNurse, LLC reserves the right to terminate a user's service for any behavior that goes against these Terms, including but not limited to: abuse towards customer service representatives, making derogatory remarks online, or misuse of account access.
14. Changes to Terms
GoodNurse, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.
